We take pride in sourcing local ingredients — concentrating on sustainability — to produce a menu of mouth-watering dishes. Using the same techniques as our sister restaurant, The Coal Shed, we cook the freshest shellfish and meat over charcoal, ensuring a dining experience to remember.

Located opposite Brighton’s West Pier, our seaside restaurant has the best sea views which can be enjoyed from our glass fronted mezzanine or for alfresco dining on our shaded terrace. The Private Dining Room allows for a larger party to enjoy the views and menu in style. The beautiful, light- filled restaurant, bar, and terrace offers flexible dining spaces for up to 120 guests.
